Based outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey, Brady Bock is an American composer, live sound engineer, singer, and songwriter. At only 21 years old, Bock is already a virtuoso artist, with experience songwriting in the styles of musical theater, string quartets, a cappella arrangements, and pop/rock. Brady is currently a senior music major with a concentration in production at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and has used his time at Ramapo to develop his musical training and expand his skill sets.
Brady began taking singing seriously during his time in high school, when he took part of the New Jersey all-state choir for two years and realized he wanted to get into music. Since then, he’s had a variety of performance opportunities, including musical theater roles, as a stand-alone singer in holiday events, and on-campus concerts for classes, extracurriculars, and open mics. Still, it was only in his sophomore year of college in 2016 that Brady’s passion for musical theater – one he has had since the fourth grade – led him to realize that he wanted to write music that would make others feel the way musical theater felt to him.
